Terms of service

General Terms
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:
- Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes, including but not limited to NFTs, blockchain, crypto, AI work, AI data training, or resale, are strictly prohibited.
- I reserve the right to refuse any request.
- Commissions are for personal use only unless stated otherwise for commercial purposes.
- I may post WIPs and the finished work on my social media. You may ask to remain anonymous; otherwise, please provide your social media handle.What I Will Draw

- Payments are due when I'm ready to start on your commission.
- Work will not proceed without payment. This is to give the client time to finalize the request without me holding onto your money with no progress.
- Attempted chargebacks without prior discussion will be considered a violation of the terms of service.
- Prices stated are for personal use only. For commercial use, an additional 50% of the price will be added.
- Emotes are considered commercial use.
- Additional charges may apply for complexity, detailed work, or specific deadlines.The Process
- Completion time ranges from 1 week to 1 month, depending on complexity.
- No limit for the number of revisions during the sketching stage. However, once sketch has been approved, I will not revise/redo anything other than smaller changes.
- If a bigger mistake is missed late into the process, an extra fee will be charged to fix it.
- I will provide regular updates throughout the commission process.Deadlines and Delivery
- The final product is digital; no physical version will be mailed.
- Generally, it takes a month to finish.
- Rush fees are 50% for deadlines within 7 days and 100% for deadlines within 3 days.Use and Intellectual Property Rights
- I may post and feature the final commission on social media, portfolios, and other marketing channels.
- Clients can use the artwork for personal use and repost it with credit.
- Do not claim, sell, or reproduce my work without permission. I retain the right to display watermarked versions on social media and in my portfolio.Refunds
- Refunds are only provided if I am unable to complete the commission within 1 month and have not started the work. (Only applied if no deadline)
- If the commission is canceled after starting, refunds are given based on progress:
Not Started: 100% refund
After Sketch Approval: 40% refund Overdue Commissions: 60% refund if startedCommunication
- While I am capable of communicating through any platform listed on my profile, I highly prefer Discord for communication if possible.

the price depends on the complexity of the request! What you see are just base prices- Simple backgrounds (block colors or simple patterns) are available for free. All other backgrounds pricing depends on complexity.
- Additional characters are +70% price per character.
